Dave's positions are based on the following documents:
A renewed allegiance to the original intent of our founding documents will solve many of our national problems. The foundation of our liberty rests on these documents. The founders intended that the Constitution and Bill of Rights be the supreme law of the land.
The federal government should be limited to Constitutional boundaries so liberty is restored to the people of the United States of America. The U.S. Constitution established a Republic which is administered by representatives who are constitutionally elected by the citizens. In this Republic all Life, Liberty and Property are protected.
